FIDE publishes each list as a TXT zip and an XML zip. Before 2012 there is one combined TXT file per list (Jan 2001 onwards, quarterly then bimonthly then monthly). The latest list is a rolling snapshot, so its combined files carry the date they were fetched.
Olimpbase’s raw lists: the TXT, DBF and MDB files it collected for 1975–2009 and the scanned lists (ZIP of GIFs) for 1971–1991. Its own warning applies: the data is unofficial and contains the errors of the originals, because ratings were once computed by hand. The 568 HTML list pages and the summary are included too and are listed in the manifest.
